Still one of the best ray-tracing showcases on PC. Remedy's Northlight engine pairs RT reflections, transparency reflections, and contact shadows beautifully. With RT on and DLSS Quality, an RTX 3070 runs ~60-70FPS at 1440p - DLSS is essentially required to make ray tracing playable here.

Notes
Control's ray tracing (especially RT Reflections + Transparent Reflections) is the visual highlight - keep those on, plus RT Contact Shadows. DLSS is essentially mandatory to make RT playable: use Quality at 1440p. On an RTX 3070 that's ~60-70FPS at 1440p with RT High + DLSS Quality; at 1080p you may hit a CPU-bound ceiling around 80FPS. If you lack an RTX card, turn RT off entirely and the game runs easily at high frame rates. MSAA is very expensive - leave it off and rely on DLSS/render scaling.
