Digital Foundry's raster 'Optimized Settings' tuned for a mainstream RTX 4060 at 1080p. Keeps the settings that matter (cascaded shadows, volumetrics) at High/Medium while dropping the cheap-to-cut ones (SSR, AO to Low). With DLSS Quality this lands ~90-100FPS, and DLSS 3 Frame Generation pushes past 120 - a high-refresh 1080p config that looks near-identical to Ultra.

Notes
Digital Foundry's optimized raster recommendations: Screen Space Reflections and Ambient Occlusion -> Low (big FPS gain, minimal visual loss); Local Shadow Mesh/Quality, Cascaded Shadow Range/Resolution, Distant Shadows -> High (large quality gain, tiny cost); Volumetric Clouds, Volumetric Fog Resolution, Color Precision -> Medium (Medium looks close to Ultra here). FPS anchored to RTX 4060 benchmarks (TechSpot/TweakTown): ~80FPS native 1080p Ultra, ~90 with DLSS Quality, 120+ with DLSS 3 Frame Generation. Skip Ray Tracing on a 4060 unless you enable Frame Gen. Numbers scale down on lower-tier cards, up on higher-tier.
