Diablo IV is well-optimized and very playable on the base Z1. ETA Prime's Z1 Extreme testing hit ~75-85FPS (720p->1080p RSR, Low); applying the documented ~30-37% base-Z1 deficit puts the non-Extreme around 45-55FPS indoors and ~45 in the open world. Smooth, readable, and easy on battery for a live-service ARPG.

Notes
Figure scaled from Silent PC Review / ETA Prime Z1 Extreme numbers (~75-85FPS indoor, ~70-80 outdoor at 720p->1080p RSR Low) minus the ~30-37% base-Z1 gap -> roughly 45-55FPS on the non-Extreme. Use the Low preset with FSR/RSR Quality, cap VRAM-heavy Texture Quality at Medium, and set a 4-6GB iGPU allocation in Armoury Crate. Open-world Helltides with many on-screen enemies are the worst case; a 60 cap with FSR keeps it smooth. Lowering TDP below ~15W noticeably cuts FPS.
