FF7 Remake Intergrade is a demanding UE4 port with a notorious dynamic-resolution quirk, but it's very playable on the base Z1. At 900p High with FSR it averages ~40-45FPS on the non-Extreme (the full Ally manages ~45-60). A great-looking action-RPG once the dynamic resolution is forced to a sensible floor.

Notes
rogallylife/community testing put the (Extreme) Ally at ~45-60FPS at 900p High/15-18W; scaled by the base-Z1 gap, the non-Extreme is ~40-45FPS at 900p with FSR. Important: FF7R Intergrade's dynamic resolution can tank image quality - use the community config edit (or in-game fix) to set a sensible resolution floor, then cap to 40. TechHarmonics has a dedicated Z1 Non-Extreme 15W/30W settings pass. Keep Shadows Medium and Effects High (combat VFX matter visually).Hardware
