Capcom's RE Engine is efficient. An RTX 3060 hits 60FPS at 1080p with high settings and ray tracing OFF - RT is only worth it on RTX 3070+ cards. Keep textures within your 12GB VRAM budget and use FSR 2 Quality. Combat in the village and castle stays smooth with these settings.

Notes
Per Digital Trends / PCGamesN / TechPowerUp: an RTX 3060 is enough for 60FPS at 1080p with high settings and Ray Tracing OFF (RT is only recommended for RTX 3070+ targeting 60). Set the Texture pool by your VRAM (the menu shows a usage estimate - keep it under your card's VRAM to avoid hitches; the 3060's 12GB is generous). Use FSR 2 (better than FSR 1, works on all GPUs) at Quality. Hair Strands and Volumetric Lighting are the priciest - drop both a tier if you dip below 60.Hardware
