Mostly GPU-light, but Act 3's Lower City is heavily CPU-bound - hundreds of scripted NPCs exhaust CPU cores no GPU can offset. An RTX 4060 averages ~80FPS at 1080p Ultra, but the real fix for Act 3 is lowering Crowd Density. Use DirectX 11, not Vulkan, for steadier frame times.

Notes
RTX 4060 averages ~80FPS at 1080p Ultra; the High preset + DLSS Quality is the comfortable target (lean on DLSS harder at 1440p). The bottleneck is Act 3 Lower City - it's CPU-bound, so the highest-impact fix is Crowd Density -> Low (directly cuts NPC AI routines), plus Dynamic Crowds Off (+5-6%), lower Instance Distance, and reduced Model Quality. Use DirectX 11 (not Vulkan) for better frame pacing. Ambient Occlusion / Subsurface Scattering / Bloom give minor gains; Texture Filtering is broken - safe to lower.
