Elden Ring is hard-capped at 60FPS, so this preset is about hitting a clean, stutter-free 60 rather than chasing frames. Almost any modern GPU (GTX 1070 / RX 580 and up) can max the visuals at 1080p-1440p - the real work is the well-known frame-pacing and shader-stutter fixes.

Notes
Elden Ring's 60 cap isn't clean, so the fixes matter more than the graphics sliders: (1) set Windows power plan to High/Ultimate Performance (Balanced throttles CPU between frames -> traversal microstutter); (2) disable Steam Overlay and any recording (GeForce Experience/ReLive); (3) NVIDIA Control Panel -> Shader Cache Size Unlimited, then delete the old cache; (4) run Fullscreen (not Windowed); (5) turn Effects Quality and SSR off (ugly + stutter-prone). Visuals can otherwise be Maxed at 1080p/1440p on a GTX 1070 / RX 580+ for a locked 60. Special K fixes thread affinity if stutter persists.Hardware
